Zero spangle galvanized steel coil is manufactured with special hot-dip galvanizing technology on low carbon steel substrate. The surface is smooth and uniform without visible spangle. The continuous and compact zinc coating features strong adhesion and superior anti-corrosion performance.

Galvanized steel strip, also known as hot-dip galvanized steel strip (GI galvanized steel strip), uses hot-rolled/cold-rolled plain carbon steel (Q195, Q235, Q355, DX51D, etc.) as the base material. It employs a continuous hot-dip galvanizing process, immersing the entire steel strip in molten zinc to metallurgically bond a uniform zinc protective layer to the steel surface. It comes in three surface types: with zinc spangle, without zinc spangle, and fingerprint-resistant passivation. Thin-layer electro-galvanized strip is also available. The zinc layer forms a zinc-iron alloy layer with extremely strong adhesion, preventing cracking and zinc peeling during bending, stamping, and pipe rolling. Its cost-effectiveness far surpasses that of stainless steel, making it a core raw material for processing C-shaped steel, U-channel steel, angle steel, welded pipes, guardrails, and cable trays.

PPGI is pre-painted galvanized steel, also known as pre-coated steel, color coated steel etc. Using Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Coil as the substrate, PPGI is made by first going through surface pretreatment, then the coating of one or more layers of liquid coating by roll coating, and finally baking and cooling.

PPGL is pre-painted galvalume steel. It is a product made of hot-dip galvalume steel sheet. After surface pretreatment, one or several layers of organic coating are applied on the surface, and then baked and solidified. The color coated steel coil is light in weight, beautiful in appearance, and has good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed.

Tinplate coil, also known as tin coated steel coil, is produced by electrolytic tinning on cold rolled low carbon steel substrate. It features bright and uniform tin layer, excellent corrosion resistance, non-toxic property and good weldability. With superior ductility, it is suitable for cutting, deep drawing, bending and stamping. It also presents great performance for printing and coating.
