Stainless steel angle bars, commonly known as angle irons, are 90° right-angle L-shaped profiles, divided into two main categories: equal-sided angle bars and unequal-sided angle bars. Equal-sided angle bars have the same width on both sides (format: width × width × thickness, e.g., ∠40×40×4mm), while unequal-sided angle bars have different lengths on their shorter sides (e.g., ∠50×32×4mm). They are produced using both hot-rolling and cold-rolling processes, and the raw material grades cover stainless steels such as 201, 202, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, and 310S. They possess inherent rust resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and salt spray corrosion resistance, eliminating the need for subsequent painting for corrosion protection. They are suitable for long-term use in harsh working conditions such as high salt spray in coastal areas, chemical corrosion, and humid outdoor environments.
